Coach members at a premium private gym with above-market pay and no revenue splits — your income never depends on upselling.
What You'll Do
✓ Coach one-on-one and small-group clients, including the 6-Week Kickstart
✓ Write and progress individualized programs
✓ Own the client experience from first visit to results
What We're Looking For
✓ Nationally accredited certification (or in progress)
✓ Experience coaching real clients preferred
✓ Professional, reliable and coachable
Internship
On the floor coaching real clients from day one, with direct mentorship from experienced coaches. Top performers earn job offers.
What You'll Do
✓ Coach real clients under direct supervision
✓ Get structured feedback on your coaching
✓ Learn programming, assessment and client management

✓ Exercise science, kinesiology or related students
✓ Hungry to learn and comfortable on a gym floor

Your income never depends on upselling sessions or hoarding clients. Splits create salespeople, not coaches.
